Phone interview with HR. Told me at end of call that she would be scheduling a next interview, ignored multiple emails from me over the next 1.5 weeks, and then sent a generic email saying they had changed their mind
Full day of meetings. A low morale team who clearly did not want to be there at all let alone interviewing new team members. Office space was nice and welcoming.

Entrevista
I was deeply interested in the organization, and their business model. Hence contacted a recruiter at the organization to set up a call. The recruiter responded after a month and asked me to contact another recruiter. The other recruiter got back to me after another month. She set up a time for a call. However, she never responded to my calls after setting up the call herself, never responded to emails. A week later, she gave me some random excuse for not responding and said she would get back to me soon. She never did. However, I have no regrets. The organization lost a good potential employee.
