Had an interview with HR. Then Discussed my resume & skills with the Technical director. He seems more interested in my skill set. Take home test with set of requirements. After spending 6-8 hours on test, no feedback was given. After chasing for 3 weeks, I got a flat rejection with no specific feedback. At least they should spend 1% of the time I spent on the test to give feedback. I even doubt they saw the code. Really disappointed in the process.
