I applied on the website of BluOne through the careers page. I got an email with first round of interview in less than 10 days - written test and psychometric test. Post which, audio call with team lead, video call with Head, HR and Head, Design & Strategy, and finally video call with the CEO were conducted. Intimation of the next rounds was very prompt and to the point. The whole process took 10 days and on 12th day I got my offer letter.
