Entrevista
I was informed by my General Manager at another location that I had been tapped to interview for this position, so I went on the interview 2 days later. After I was interviewed by the general manager, I met with the Group Manager (my direct supervisor) and the Customer Loyalty Manager to ensure that they both signed off.

They generally asked me about my experience at the other location, how I had implemented changes in the store, what challenges I expected in Roosevelt Field, and whether or not I was willing to make the commute to Long Island from the city.

Entrevista
Tough to get a hold of people at first. Interviewer wasn't sure they should be the one doing the interview. Quickly became positive experience once some of the early humps were handled.

They asked a lot about my knowledge of current store.
Easy process applied and interview. Question were regular interview questions. We discussed pay and benefits, questions about my previous work history and why I’m choosing to work for the company .
