4 rounds of interviews, HR call, first team members round basic finance questions, second with team members that goes more in depth, third with team leaders that is more oriented about work culture and motivations

Why Bloomberg and why this position ? Give us a time where you used your social skills to resolve a conflict
First call with HR, then another call with team members asking about my CV and some basic questions about securitisation. Then a third round with other team members asking about securitisation questions and also sharing an excel test to do during the interview. Unfortunately, the HR team never provided feedback and disappeared. Overall the process was easy but asking senior candidates all these simplistic questions makes no sense.
