Applied online via the Bloomberg website and was contacted a few days later via e-mail inviting me to an interview that week. The first interview consisted of 2:1 and questions regarding my CV, work experience and qualifications. This lasted about 45 minutes. This was followed by a quick chat with HR to ascertain salary expectations and for them to go through list of benefits etc, which subsequently found out are not as good as you are led to believe. A few days later was invited for a 1:1 interview with the head of the team, also lasted about 45 minutes. This included more specific competency questions based around the job role. Overall fairly pleasant interview experience. The place looks fantastic, very young and informal although the hours are very long and you get the impression that people are worked like dogs.
