Entrevista
First a brief phone interview, mostly describing the role. On the interview day there was a written test, after which there was a face to face with two engineers. They were extremely nice and made the whole experience very comfortable. Questions were not too difficult and mostly relevant to day to day work. Nothing too tricky or unexpected.
Intense questioning and rapid-fire technical challenges created a high-pressure atmosphere, marked by constant scrutiny. Demanding case studies and a grueling schedule culminated in mental and physical exhaustion, leaving little room for error. The overall experience was undeniably stressful.
