Got to the final stage - was not made an offer with no explanation - "we have decided to offer the job to the other person, but you were very close", which is disappointing as I like to learn from my mistakes. All interviews quite similar - company oriented rather than technical questions.

phone interview and face2face within 24hrs.. both interviews: talk about your CV, why bloomberg? who are our customers? which areas do u wanna improve yourself in (for the future).. they talk about the job description in the face2face interview.. it's all a bit secretive before that..
