I experienced a general straightforward interview regarding questions about why I want to work for Bloomberg and what I can bring to the role. I needed to show that I had strong customer service skills to go further with the role. The interview is still in progress and I will post all details when I have completed the process.

The hiring process at Tradebook is.....drawn out to say the least.
If you only meet or have three people to see whilst being interviewed you're doing good.
However reality is, you'll see more like 6 and that'll also involve an overseas conference call with NY and senior management. Again highlighting the fact NY control London with little trust in who they have hired previously.
Interviewing is an interesting experience, specially if you know your stuff (hence you're there) but the persons interviewing you do not. Rather weird too as you'll never probably see or speak to them again...even if they work in Tradebook.

Interview questions vary massively from whatever poor sole has been requested to help last minute. So depending who you see and from what part of Bloomberg they're from, questions run the typical line.
They like to hear what they want to hear but that'll all change once you're in board and will continue to change each quarter.
Hence high turn over of staff and ever changing metrics.
Just be prepared. Understand fully it's a IS company and rather a large privately own one. Learn that management always get their way in the end. Even if you're right.
Expect to do a lot of travelling, high-giving the less gifted (management) and repeat yourself before you get put on a plan

Employee referral and it took +8 months to get a call from a recruiter. Multiple interviews with sales reps, sales managers and finally CEO. Once offer was made, they expected immediate response versus negotation on salary.
