the interview was online, a prerecorded video interview. One question was in English and the others were in Japanese. The difficulty was not high but we were not given much time to prepare for the answers.

The interview process was fairly typical and straightforward, with nothing overly complex or unexpected. The questions were standard and focused on my experience and background. What stood out most to me was how easy-going and approachable everyone was throughout the conversation. The overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, which honestly surprised me in a positive way.
It was three round, including on language test. all 1-1 until the final round. everything was done online. However, depending on when you apply I've heard some people have more rounds than myself.
