Entrevista
The interview process took over 1.5 months and had 4 interviews. First with the recruiter and the rest with stakeholders and team members onsite. Throughout the process they ask me about the position and why I should join Bloomberg. I felt they were selling the role to me and saying this what we expect “you” to do. Overall the interview process was extremely easy.
The only challenge was linking up with the recruiter to set up my interviews. In some instances I had to follow up twice with them to put something on the calendar.
Had a great recruiter round with plenty of useful details shared. The recruiter was helpful and informative throughout. Hope this helps others preparing for similar interviews and recruiter conversations ahead.
Had an initial screening call, then an interview with the hiring manager, then an interview with a product manager who quizzed based on SME knowledge of accounting charts. Then another interview with a business head.
