The interview process was very streamlined and moved along expeditiously. Two rounds over the phone with HR and with a couple of members of the immediate Structured Finance team. Once that initial screen was completed I was flown out to their offices. The final round was a full day of interviews with a cross section of team members from all over the company. Final interviews included 30 minutes with the CFO who provided a great strategic outlook on the future of the company. There is also a 30 minute presentation you must lead based on a take home modeling test. Everyone is extremely friendly and passionate about the mission of the company. I was impressed with everyone I met and it seems like everyone is very engaged and intelligent.

Be very clear as to why you want to join Bloom. Be sure you do your homework on the company and understand the value proposition of their platform. Also be prepared for a comprehensive modeling exercise.
