Had a quick phone conversation and scheduled an interview with the Regional VP. Interview was about 45 minutes and was very casual. Questions were asked in a way that made it feel like we were just having a conversation, which I feel is the best way to conduct an interview. I was called back for a walk-along second interview, where we toured some of the accounts, which gave me an excellent grasp of what the job would be like. The process was very transparent, and was overall a great experience. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job because it seems like a great place to work.
