Someone I knew had a contact there that they put me in contact with. I chatted with the contact, who said we could go ahead with the interview process. First step was a 1-hour code test using Interviewstreet. It wasn't really a hard question, pretty average, but I didn't realize there were more tests my code needed to pass until the last 15 minutes. (Once you pass the two initial tests, a small link appears by them allowing you to try all the tests...Interviewstreet should make this much more obvious). Turns out my code didn't pass any of the tests except the first two, and it was too late to find the bug. Still managed to get to the interview, though. This was a technical phone screen with an engineer, in which I wrote code online in a text editor that could also compile/run the code. It lasted 45 minutes, and we only got part of the way through one problem. I heard back very quickly, and the entire process was very efficiently conducted on their end (took longer on my end due to many things going on for me at the time). Everyone was courteous and friendly.
