I applied online, Square gave me a call shortly after applying. They put me n touch with two mechanical engineers there (separate phone calls). Followed up a week after, did not receive job.

Applied online, got an email from their HR person. Had 2 phone interviews for screening and then I was invited for an on-site interview. On-site, it was 3 interviews with 2 people (6 in total) each from their hardware team.
