Was contacted via email to schedule an initial phone interview. Interviewed via phone which went very well. They contacted me to schedule a 2nd interview with the team leader. The team leader was supposed to email me the link for a video call but a day before the interview I still hadn't heard anything. So I contacted the hiring manager and she got back to me and said we were still on schedule and they would reach out soin. Then a few hours later told me she had to reschedule it. The next morning, she emailed me telling me the team had already hired someone. Even though the initial interview went great, it felt like there was a huge disconnect with the department and the recruiting/hiring staff that lead to a really disorganized interviewing process.
