Very unprofessional!!! The first interviewer did not show. When he came and attended another time slot, he mentioned he was busy and double booked. The hiring manager only asked 1 question. Another interviewer said that he was busy 15min into the interview and stated that I can ask any questions within 20 seconds. The interviewers did not have prepared questions and no one other than the vp took notes on the responses. The process took 3 months...No one from the company followed up with a offer/no offer decision 1 month after the on site, final interview. They did not provide any details on timing during the interview process when asked. They stated that they are busy and it will take time. No need to prepare for the interview. They don't asked anything hard.
