They bring you in for one interview, which is completely misleading. They basically lie about what the job is so you come in for a second (GROUP) interview where you find out it's actually a sales job, and not the original job they advertised. During the second interview, you are paired off and led into another room where a current employee will talk to you for 2+ hours about why you should work there for 6 days a week, 10-12 hours a day. You do not get compensated for the hours they spend trying to convince you to join their team.
