I applied for the position online, the recruiter sent me a coding assessment to complete as the first step of the process. Following that, I progressed to the interview stage, which had six rounds. These were centered on SQL, and machine learning. While the technical interviews were thorough, I found the communication from the recruitment team to be highly unresponsive. Throughout the process, the recruiters only communicated with me when they needed to inform me of the next steps, but they consistently ignored my questions or follow-ups. It has been almost three weeks now since all my interview rounds were completed, I have followed up multiple times—three times in total—asking for an update or feedback, yet I have received no response. Despite the time and effort I invested in the process, I haven’t even received a simple rejection or feedback email. This level of unresponsiveness is disappointing and, in my view, not at all an ethical practice in professional hiring. Candidates deserve timely communication and feedback, especially after such a long interview process. This lack of response reflects poorly on the company’s values.
