First interview was described as an initial chat/'get to know you' type call. I do not think this is believe this is a common occurrence for this company, however, I found the interviewer to be incredibly rude - no smile or any introduction and began with basic questions. It then turned into customer strategy/scenario type questions and ended with questions surrounding API integrations/coding. Not what I was anticipating for a first interview, would have been nice for the recruiter to set the proper expectations. Overall the interviewer was super rude and seemed content in ending the interview on a question I didn't know the answer to.

Standard interview process, very smooth and professional. Screening, virtual onsite, hiring manager, offer call. Everyone was engaged and cared about each interview. Was kept updated at each step of the process.
