It was very delightful and wonderful that human resource and many more came and introduced themselves to the new hire everyone was greeting us with smiles and laughter . when the orientation interview was over, I already felt like apart of the team.

My interview was with Sierra the housekeeping Director/ Manager. She was very nice and welcoming she made me feel so comfortable speaking with didn’t feel an interview it felt like I was talking to someone I already knew and that relaxed me she was very informative about the residents, the facility, the environment and how great the people that worked here are just like family, very respectful and helpful not only to other employees but especially the residents. I feel that she will be pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
