It started with a short phone screener, which then lead to a performance task. The performance task was fairly easy, you just had to respond to a few different scenarios and explain how you would handle them. After the performance task, I had two more interviews with higher ups. These interviews were pleasant and everyone was really nice. I was given a date to expect an answer and I didn't hear anything, I finally reached out just to be told that I didn't get the job, which is fine, but it would have been nice to have been told as soon as they knew it wasn't me. Overall, everyone was professional and kind though.
