I was interviewed three times in one day through video chats, so I had to stay home for an entire day. The people I spoke with were nice and informative. However, I had previously interviewed for another job with this company a month or so earlier, and never got any communication back. I haven't heard from Blackbaud since my most recent interviews, which is odd to me, considering how rushed they were to schedule them in the first place. I appreciate how quickly they worked to set up the interviews, but am sour about their post-interview behavior. I wish companies had the decency to contact interviewees with a quick email to let them know that they didn't get the job. If you make me sit through 3 of the same interviews, you can at least take the time to press send on a generic rejection email...
