My interview at Blackbaud was one of my most thorough ever. The leadership know what they are looking for and are very good at deciphering a candidates fit for what they are seeking. The process was comprehensive but concise and I was made to feel at ease and open to ask questions, provide feedback and share experiences. The after interview process was quick and I was offered the position within a week and I was able to start working within the month.
