Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en BlackRock (San Francisco, CA) en abr 2011
Entrevista
I had several contacts at the company including a senior executive. That individual's influence secured the interview and likely contributed to the good experience with the recruiter. The recruiter clearly is very busy as Blackrock is hiring extensively in San Francisco. I received very helpful insight into overall strong candidate pool. In addition, I was provided with great advice on how to leverage my experience to join Blackrock (although the role is not of interest).
Two interviews that each had two senior individuals in. Moderate difficulty with a focus on why I was interested in the role. Keen to understand what I could bring to BLK and if I would be able to "cut it" given the firm's culture.
HR was the initial screen before actual interviews. The various interviews were a combination of technical knowledge and behavioral questions. The interviewers were a combination of the hiring manager, team members, and adjacent team leads.
