Fairly straight forward and fit based, a few technical questions. Really focused on your understanding of BlackRock as a whole as well as the role you are applying to. They want people who can be innovative and think outside the box, not just spit back to them information. It was overall a fair interview. Know your resume and be able to speak to it

hirevue interview done through computer virtually only takes about 10 mins and is average in easiness. questions are personal and not difficult. i am running out of things to say
submit your cv and cover letter then video interview, which is pre recorded, you have 1.5 mins to reply, 3 mins to prepare, it is easy don't worry, just 2 questions, prepare them in advance
