Entrevista
LONG! The interview process was over 6-months and I met with individuals across different locations. The feedback was sparse, so I wasn't sure whether I was still a candidate throughout the time I was being interviewed.

Mostly behavioral questions, not super technical. Multiple rounds including group interviews. It felt pretty efficient because I met so many members of the team. They kept me in the loop with next steps throughout the process.

7 rounds including a repeat with certain stakeholders. Communication with the recruiter was an awful experience. It was near impossible to get an update and instead of scheduling calls they would be random mid-day and if you missed it often had to wait days. The experience was a drag and I won't be applying again.
3 rounds of interview with multiple interviewers per round. Final round interview was with the head of business, a Managing Director. Relatively quick process end to end, took 3-4 weeks.
