First applied through my schools career center, was selected for the first round interview on campus for a 30 minute interview. Then got invited to the second round superday in NY, interviewed by about 7 different employees ranging from analyst to managing director. People were nice, friendly for the most part. It was a pain to organize transportation to NY, the HR employee was difficult to get a hold of but I finally received the details of my flight at the very last minute.
