Step 1 - One hour practical Test (It was critical and hidden queries to solve on your own to show your attentiveness and precision in work and eligibility to understand the work | Step 2 on the same day - Three rounds of face to face interviews with local and global managers/ seniors, Step 3 (after clearing the step 1 & 2) - Face to face discussion with Director and VP Hr. Post all the stages then the offer is made over the phone > Either you accept or negotiate and take the process further.

smooth but ai was taking means automatically the pre recorded interview was going on she was asking questions and limites time was gioving like a timer and i had to record the answer

First interview with direct reporting manager, followed by BD and portfolio managers. total 5-6 rounds. 30mins each.
The entire process is quite long, ie after each interview it took around a week for HR to come back and schedule another.

Entrevista
Interview process went pretty fast
- email from HR to confirm salary expectations, desire to leave current employer
- 1st interview with hiring manager of 30 min
- 2nd and 3rd interview with Directors of 30min each
- 4th additional interview with another Director of 45min
Always in contact with HR and organisation of meeting was easy and pretty straightforward. Interviews themselves were also pretty chill and normal interview questions.
