First you get call from HR to dicuss at high level about your current role and reason for a change. This is just a getting to know call since they already are planning to pass you to technical interview round 1.
In the first technical round you are put forth an Associate Developer who kind of does the screening. He/she may ask you questions based on there experience. Questions I was asked were theory-based and it felt like a template.
Once you clear that you get to round 2 where a senior dev and a hiring manager takes interview as a panel.

overall the process is nice but they are never interested in talking.
They said you have cleared all the rounds and after that HR will forget you like anything.
Pathetic experience.
The company should work in HR department.
Its quite frustrating when you have to keep chasing the HR again and again.

Had an introduction to the role, chat about what the AI Labs do and how they do it. Moved onto questions, had prepared quite a few, so asked how long there was interviewer seemed confident there would be enough time so gave no time limit. There wasn't and he had to cut me off. Then moved to the CV review, asked if there were any details he wanted to focus in on, just asked about the current role. Tried to delegate control to ensure the interviewer got what he wanted to know, but felt he only did this when it was clear time was running out. Was told I would be contacted in a few days, followed up three times, once by email, twice by phone, totally ghosted, not even acknowledged. Was expecting better from BlackRock, can accept my CV wasn't quite in line with expectations, but no excuse for not responding. I feel if that was the reason for rejection, shouldn't have made it past the CV screening stage.
