First round telephone interview and then a final stage in office interview. The final stage interview was split into three segments, the first two with members of the SAE team and then a final interview with the MD of the department. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish. Don't be deterred if you do not hear back straight away; I was always notified about any updates to my application. The Interviews were not highly technical, though I was thoroughly tested on my knowledge, and my ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for the industry and my desire for the job. Very smart and fascinating individuals and what looks to be a good working environment.
