Interesting interview, happened in 2017.
I've even forgot about it, but seems like BL has not.
In short they blacklisted me after interview in 2017 within reasoning like "team fit".
This is my honest feedback to you guys: when interviewer was unprofessional and did not posses enough knowledge to evaluate technical skills of candidate. Yep, this is not comfortable situation for interviewer. But let be honest there.... good interviewer would see strong candidate, 15y of solid experience, 3xMCITPs, 2xMCSE and other relevant knowledge. In fact interviewer rejected answers if he is not deep in topic enough.
Guys from BL:: regardless who you are at interview, there is one and only one right answer on technical questions. If you do not know something learn! I do learn something from each interview I'm conducting.
Will blacklist this company too due to inadequate interview process & hiring policy
