Started off with email contact. I had skills in both IT and Software, so I had 2 separate interviews with each department head. After that, they had me take an online personality test to see if I was compatible with other coworkers, not a kleptomaniac, etc. There was a timed problem solving test at the end, but it's not too hard. Don't expect to answer them all before the time runs out. One more follow up interview sealed the deal.

I went through a recruiter to interview at Black Line. After going over some of my background, I was then was set up for an in-person interview. I met with two Senior Software Engineers as well as the Business Development Manger. I was asked about my experience, technologies I'm familiar with and have used at previous jobs, what I've worked on, and also a few questions just about me personally. After a couple or so business days, they reached back out with an offer which I accepted.
