The process took OVER a MONTH. 7 interviews, yes, 7! Did not receive an offer. I was told it came down to myself and 1 other - and the decision was solely because that person had more experience than I have. That was known WELL before 7 whole interviews, and they did not have to drag the process out the way that they did. Very inconsiderate! Silly me for sticking around that long, as I was really interested in this company and looking forward to the opportunity. They truly wasted my time!

First round via zoom with the current product support specialist team lead. Second round via zoom with customer success team. Third round via zoom with company leadership. Everyone was super professional and it is clear the company sets realistic and achievable goals.
