Interview consisted of a phone interview with a recruiter, and a couple of in person interviews with hiring manager for the territory you are being placed in. As well as an idea of Black Box and what makes them add value to customers.

The interview was standard. There were many questions regarding my experience and previous roles outside the industry. It has been a while so I don't quit remember the details. But i do remember it being pretty standard, nothing crazy.
