It was a 4 panel interview and I interviewed with various groups then was flown to headquarters to meet the whole team. It was standard background and experience questions - no out of alignment agility drills like you sometimes see with other recruiters. The people interviewing knew the business which was refreshing, not a recruiter who had never been in the industry or role - which is all too common now.
