I was contacted a few days only after applying to the job vacancy by one of Blablacar's talent acquisition managers. She then followed up closely on my interviews and regularly got back to me with feedback and to clarify and organise the next steps. I met with: the hiring manager (VP of engineering), an engineering manager, a product manager and the CTO. The overall process lasted for about 2 weeks.
