      I applied to a software engineer at BizCover through a recruiter, the process took less than a week for the tech interview. It took the HR 2 full business days to send an email confirming the interview, the HR also advised that the interview should take 1 hour and will be a mix between tech and behavioral questions. Interview day, there were two people from the tech team asking questions and they didn't ask one single behavioral question. They gave me 2-3 minutes to ask questions but before that one of the interviewer said we have a meeting in 3 minutes. First of all this was very rude from him also they seemed to be not interested in hiring since I should have the opportunity to ask questions I want to ask. After the interview I had a call with the recruiter and then when I got the feedback the recruiter, apparently they lied about my feedback and they said I didn't answer questions regarding x,y,z however they didn't ask one single question from what they claimed. My assumption and the recruiter that they have someone internal so they wanted to him the person the job. It was very bad and cheap from them to lie about the feedback specially when they claim they asked me questions regarding certain topics and in reality they didn't. It was a waste of time and efforts. They clearly have communication issues like between HR and tech team also it's the first time I see an HR took 2 full business days to send an email which should take 2 minutes. If you want to waste your time and efforts with cheap employer then go ahead and apply to BizCover.
