Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Bitsight (Lisboa, Lisboa) en oct 2024

      Entrevista

There were 4 interviews: 1st - a phone call with the recruiter, no video at all, which I found very interesting, as it would remove all bias and just having a conversation about the company and my experience. Courtney, the recruiter, was really nice and professional, she asked about availability, salary expectation, schedule, she was very transparent and always provided feedback, job details and checked up after each call and kept me in the loop with the process, such as delays, or to ensure that we are on the same path moving forward. 2nd interview - was with Debbie the manager of both teams. As you can imagine, usually the 2nd interview is with the hiring manager/Team leader - this one from my experience skipped a step, but I found it very interesting! She was very well prepared and with her feet on the ground regarding the day to day process and seemed very involved. 3rd interview - was with one of the team leaders and another lady from the team, just to get to know me, they provided more clarity about the role and day to day business, they also asked a lot of questions about my experience in process improvement and how my experience aligned with their needs for the role. 4th interview - was with the 2nd team leader and another person from the team, was very similar as the interview with the 1st team leader - they wanted to learn about my experience and they also put a lot of accent on process improvements and projects that I was involved in my previous roles, or how I handled difficult situations. I honestly enjoyed the interview process, getting to know not just the team leaders, but also people from the team, kudos for the company on setting this up and showing their employees how it is to be on the other side of the interview as well. Could be a bit to much, for some members considering the work volume or month ends - hope that is taken into consideration when they are asked to join. I only have one improvement feedback on my side - on each call, I was asked about process improvement and my involvement in it, so there was a big accent put on that, but I got a feeling that the Team Leaders didn't share feedback about their experience with the interview. Maybe it was my interpretation, as both had very similar question or maybe it was done so they won't influence each other. Overall, even if it might seem to much, to have 4 interview calls for a job, I saw it as the company wanted the best candidate to join their team and they put a lot of effort in finding that right person.

      Preguntas de entrevista [2]

      Pregunta 1

      1. If there something you don't really care about? - this question actually surprised me, as I have never encountered it in any interview and even though I gave an answer, I actually think about it - what is something that i really don't care? :)

      Pregunta 2

I was asked to talk about my experience in a process improvement where I had to deal with multiple teams and how did I manage that.
