The procedure here was all automated. I didn’t have opportunity to interact with an actual person during any stage of the interview process. The first part of the interview process was answering 3 questions. From which the last question was create a video answering “why you?” After that I went into the next round and received a character competency test. Result basically said I have no sense of responsibility don’t care for others peoples work. Which is crazy considering the my last and current position. The process has no personal input from the company.
