HR Gespräch, anschliessend wurde eine Coding Challenge (binnen 7 Tage zu erledigen) und es wurde ein weiteres Tech Gespräch geführt. Diese war eher ein Erfahrungsaustausch und keine Challenge (dieses Gespräch dauerte 1 Stunde).

HR screening call, 2 assignments and review. Candidate is suppose to complete 2 assignments which they claim to take 1-2 hours but in real, it won't take less than 6-7 hours. On providing both the assignments, HR came back to me after 9 days after multiple follow ups which was not good. After providing both working repos which includes all working functionalities (complete apps with web interfaces, APIs, ORMs, DB migrations, DB seeds, tests cases, validations, readme, documentation and overall clean and refactored code with SOLID principles), they had to reject me because a part code was working with small case url parameter but not with capital case. I understand that this can be covered with a test/validation, but everything cannot be done perfectly in given time. I feel their evaluation was unfair. I DO NOT recommend working on their tasks if assignments are unpaid. It's a disrespect of candidates time that they invest in assignments and will also leave you frustrated with their silly evaluation. They will not evaluate you on you knowledge but how well you are trained.
