Very straightforward. You interview with managers and the higher ups. Lots of behavioral questions. I don’t recommend this place as layoffs are very frequent. I’ve seen this company go through 3 layoffs in the span of a year. Don’t be fooled by the high ratings you see. The marketing team has been tasked with bringing the company’s ratings up.
