A very long process and poorly organised. There was a long line of candidates waiting to be interviewed outside the venue, there was no order or structure there were people lined up on both sides of the road. We had waited outside over an hour and a half and then waited half an hour inside waiting to be interviewed. Later we were told there were only two positions available and there were so many of us. The unprofessional behaviour from the team at Bistrotheque had changed my mind about wanting to work with them
