Two staged interview: First stage was a quick psychometric test and a couple of written assessments based on relevant airport scenarios. The second stage was a standard interview. Atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, drinks offered on multiple occasions. Interviewers asked appropriate questions. Don't be surprised to get aviation related questions. There was a small role-playing element to the interview, but nothing to worry too much about. Overall, a positive interview.
