This was like a year ago but I just remembered: I applied and the HR generalist sent me an email to schedule an interview, i did the interview the next day went well, got sent the background check form right after the interview, I completed it and they never got back to me, I even contacted them weeks later and they never answered back. As far as I know I don’t have a criminal record haha. But I feel like if you don’t decide hire someone, you send them an email to notify them. I thought it was basic decency especially for an established company, but I don’t think they work like that.
