Three rounds of interviews -- two with the Executive Director, and a final panel interview with the ED and some other team members, including people in production and someone on the IT staff.

I don't remember specifically, but the questions were very standard and didn't really dig into my experience. Felt like they were just reading interviews off of a blog post of "questions to ask a content director during an interview."
