Quick call with HR, followed by a call with the hiring manager the next day. The call with HR was fine, but the hiring manager was not prepared and seemed uninterested from the start. I completely controlled the interview and the questions, and they had none; it ended in about 15 minutes. They felt off, unprepared, and unprofessional all-around.
