Following the initial very positive phone call with the Recruiting Partner, the onsite interview was scheduled with four interviewers. During the interview I've learned that the actual scope of the responsibilities for the position is much more wider than it was listed in the job description. It was also expected that the candidate should know the business specifics right away with no learning curve at all. I'm a quick learner but still need time to understand the specifics of the business to contribute. It seems that this is not the case at the company. The hiring manager was very unfriendly and start bombarding me with the business specific questions although it was clearly stated on my resume that I worked at Corporate IT. Overall very stressful and negative experience. I even don't want to move further with the interview process.
