Phone screen with recruiter, next step was HR, was asked to fill out a 20+ question questionnaire with short essay form answers. Interviewed with hiring manager on phone & via zoom. Followed up 1 week after, 2 weeks after, 3weeks after with no response. Recruiter was 3rd party & didn’t know what was going on with next steps. Hiring manager said he’d contact me in 2 weeks after some NSM. Kept saying they’s schedule an interview but never did & never closed the loop.

Interview structure was very chaotic and misleading. I started off with excitement and ended with “what the hell is going on”. A lot of male authority which almost made me feel like I’m applying for a job in 1980s. I wasn’t quite sure about the managers but higher ups are very impressive and nice! Search about the company more.
