I applied for the position at Biograph on March 2nd, with my first interview scheduled for March 7th. Following the interview, I did not receive any updates regarding my application status. I followed up on March 17th and again on March 26th, yet I did not receive a response from the recruiter or the company. The lack of communication throughout this process has been both disappointing and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or update would have provided clarity and demonstrated respect for my time. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a poor candidate experience and negative impression of Biograph. I hope the company re-evaluates its approach to communication during the hiring process.
